REFUND POLICY
Side Slip Aviation, LLC has a 90-day refund policy. Which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled and unused, with all tags and paperwork in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Approved returns initiated within 30 days of receipt of item will be fully refunded. Returns initiated 31-90 days of receipt of the item will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Should the return be accepted, a return authorization number will be provided. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be returned.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and verify correct items were sent and all items are free of damage or defects. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make the necessary corrections.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items may not be returned, such as custom or special-order items. Items that have been installed are non-returnable. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact sideslipaviationsupplies@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
WARRANTY
All parts sold by Side Slip Aviation, LLC carry a 90-day warranty against manufacturing flaws, defects, and workmanship. The 90-day warranty period begins upon receipt of the order. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify the correct procedure to install parts. Side Slip Aviation, LLC strongly encourages purchasers to consult with a trained professional prior to attempting any repairs. Damage to parts due to improper installation or improper use will not be covered.
To initiate a warranty claim, contact sideslipaviationsupplies@gmail.com. Include your name, order #, and description of the warranty issue. Include pictures of the warranty issue if possible. All warranty claims will be evaluated to determine warranty coverage. Should the warranty claim be approved, a Warranty Claim Number will be issued. All approved warranty returns should be sent to:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. Warranty parts will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the sole discretion of Side Slip Aviation, LLC or the manufacturer of the part.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund also.
