Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Orders greater than $99.00 will receive free shipping in the United States and its territories. Orders eligible for free shipping will be sent at Economy level by USPS or UPS. Purchasers may opt to expedite orders by electing an alternative shipping method for additional cost. Shipping for all orders of $99 or less will be the responsibility of the purchaser. 

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders will be processed at the earliest possible opportunity. In stock orders will ship the following business day. Special orders will ship immediately upon arrival from the distributor. NOTE: Special order items may take 2-3 weeks to arrive from the distributor.

DELAYS/LOST ORDERS

Side Slip Aviation, LLC will make every effort to ensure shipments are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Purchasers will receive an email notifying when the order has been shipped along with tracking information. Side Slip Aviation, LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. All shipping delays are the responsibility of the shipping company. Please contact the shipping company directly for information regarding lost or delayed shipments.

DAMAGES

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the package upon arrival to determine if any damage has occurred. Contact the shipping company directly for any shipping damage claims.
